The Bulletproof Training Program is a complete training program that blends resistance training, gymnastic skill work, and metabolic conditioning, as well as rehabilitation work to forge you into a four-headed monster.

A CrossFitter who has all of the necessary attributes to excel but also the resiliency to stay pain-free and continue to progress long-term.

For less than a cup of coffee, experience a professional approach to your fitness and take the steps to become unstoppable in the gym.

Program Details:

  • 5 Training days per week, 1 active recovery day, 1 full rest day.
  • A blend of strength training, gymnastics, metabolic conditioning, and Pre-Hab work.
  • Warm-up, training, corrective exercises, cool-down & coach notes each day.
  • General nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

FAQ

The program is five days of functional fitness programming with a blend of strength, gymnastics and conditioning.

Each workout will last between 45-60 minutes, depending on your transitions.

The program uses barbells, plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, jump rope, pull-up bars, boxes, and various cyclical machines.

Swap options will be given for each workout.
