Program Details:
- 5 Training days per week, 1 active recovery day, 1 full rest day.
- A blend of strength training, gymnastics, metabolic conditioning, and Pre-Hab work.
- Warm-up, training, corrective exercises, cool-down & coach notes each day.
- General nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
